For who you are...

"I will not judge you for where you've been and who you were, but only love and accept you for who you are now"

Far to often we tend to let our past control our present and  we bring baggage from one part of our lives into another which brings grounds for...well...yuck situations. Here lately I've learned that letting go and forgiving yourself isn't always easy but it's ALWAYS worth it. I've also come to understand (finally) that you LOVE yourself and others around you for who they are NOW. I recently sent a message to someone I love very much saying that: "I will not judge you for where you've been and who you were, but only love and accept you for who you are now." When I learned how to stop holding on to the past, I learned how to love. I learned how to trust. And I learned how to be honest. Change the way you think and you'll change the way you live. Make things positive, even when its hard. Don't say you cant do it - because you're only lying to yourself - you're capable of anything. Forgiving is moving forward. Forgiving is breaking free. So let it go, let it be......I promise you'll be amazed at how different it makes things:)
